1. Add static ip

`nano /etc/network/interfaces.d/60-my-floating-ip.cfg`

2. Install tinyproxy from git (support auth)

git clone https://github.com/tinyproxy/tinyproxy.git
sudo apt-get install automake cmake asciidoc 

cd tinyproxy
./autogen.sh
make && make install
