Yields 22-24 cupcakes ### Cupcakes * 1 2/3 cups flour * 1 cup sugar * 1/4 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp baking powder * 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature * 2 large eggs * 2 tsp vanilla * 1/2 cup sour cream * 3/8 cup milk * 3/4 cup finely chopped strawberries 1. Preheat over to 350 2. Bowl, Mix: Butter + Sugar + Eggs + Vanilla + Sour Cream + Milk 3. Mix in: Flour + Baking Soda + Baking Powder 4. Fold in: finely chopped strawberries 5. Bake 20 minutes ### Icing * 1 cup salted butter * 4 cups powdered sugar * 6 tbsp coarsely pureed strawberries * As Milk as needed to adjust consistency 1. Mix butter to soften 2. Slowly add powdered sugar 3. Mix in pureed strawberries 4. Add Milk if needed to adjust consistency ## Decoration I decorated these by piping on the frosting and leaving a dip in the center to add fresh sliced strawberries and raspberries, and then shaved on semisweet baking chocolate.
