- Introductions - Prospective Speakers (15m)
  * Share names and pronouns
  * Brief history on what they do and how they work with Ruby
  * Where are they in the process of writing their CFP (ideation, first draft, proofreading)
  * Share what is it they would like to get out of the session today

* Breakout Groups (45 mins)
  * Let each coach do what makes sense to them in the session.
  * Examples
    * Do an AMA-style question and answer session
    * Have each attendee present on where they are and what kind of feedback they were looking for. 
* Closing (15 mins)
  * Reunite back together in one room, share any learnings and go on your way.
  * Send a thank-you email with notes and tips!
