This is a quick document aimed at highlighting the basics of what you might want to do using MongoDB and R. I am coming at this, almost completely, from a SQL mindset.
The easiest way to install, I believe, is
| # Set a seed | |
| set.seed(500) | |
| library(MASS) | |
| data <- Boston | |
| # Check that no data is missing | |
| apply(data,2,function(x) sum(is.na(x))) | |
| # Train-test random splitting for linear model |
| // Use Gists to store code you would like to remember later on | |
| console.log(window); // log the "window" object to the console |
