Feel free to try this method if it works, if not switch back to the old one below.
- Reach the account creation and choose Personal Account
- Use as email
[email protected] - Use as password
test - Let Windows 11 fail the login and click Next
- Enjoy!
If for some reason you can't type the

- Press
Shift + F10while on the language selection screen - Run the command
OOBE\BYPASSNROand let it restart the session - On the setup wizard configure your network (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) and reach the account creation type ( Personal or Corporate )
- Press
Shift + F10 - Run the command
ncpa.cpl, this will bring up your network adapters. - Disable your network adapter(s), and close that window.
- Pick the Personal account
- Enjoy
Unfortunately this solution has to be done on each boot, as Windows 11 will re-group icons everytime the system starts.
- Press
Win + R - Open:
shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9} - Tick the "Always show all icons..." checkbox
- Enjoy
P.S.: If the icons are grouped again and the checkbox is already ticked on the window, just press Cancel on that window ( instead of OK ) to show them all again.
