This will allow for outside clients to connect to the `gearman-job-server`.

`cd /etc/default/`

`nano gearman-job-server`

In the last line at the bottom of the file:

`PARAMS="--listen=0.0.0.0"`

There you go. It took me some time to find it, so hopefully this will show up on some Google searches.
