 Brainstorm a way you will contribute to helping your cohort build community and describe steps you will take to build to
 see it through. Examples: organize a study group, lead a review session for the class,
 assist your SAB reps (if you are not one) in facilitating your cohort retros, organize a non-coding social activity, etc.


 Specific (What do you want to accomplish? Who needs to be included? When do you want to do this? Why is this a goal?):
  I think I can achieve this in mulitple ways; being a resource for problem solving and encourgings team building.
  I've made some connections in my short time at Turing with other mods and thier respective cohort members. One has proposed
  a group study session outside of Turing with multiple mods and asked me to included my mod at my discretion which I was happy
  to share to the group. I think creating an inclusive enviroment that encourges people to meet outside of Turing .. I believe
  will lead to greater success for everyone involved as relationships are built and strengthened 

 Measurable (How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?):
  I think I will be successful when my projects are sucessful and my personal knowledge increases. As far as specific to this..
  I think the more people that are comfortable asking me and others for help will lead to more people helping each other and building
  a better community in my Mod and at Turing. 

 Achievable (Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal? If not, can you obtain them? What is the motivation for this goal? Is the amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve?):
  I think I do.
  
 Relevant (How does this goal connect to your larger career goals?): Hmmm.... the more people I have citing me as a source of help
 and technical know how .. could benifit me down the road. 

 Timebound (When do you plan to achieve this goal by? Be specific and consider how realistic your expectations are):
  If it happens it happends. I will do what I can as I can but my first priority is making my knowledge gaps smaller.
