    For all of the tasks below you'll need to log in to the wordpress admin like this:

    1. open http://www.hudson-gray.com in 1 tab / window
    2. open http://www.hudson-gray.com/wp-admin in another tab / window
    3. login using your username / password
    4. go to

    Uploading / Managing Assets

    1. Login ( follow instructions above )
    2. go to Media
    3. click ADD NEW
    4. upload your files
    5. click on the individual file, you should see the URL to that file which you will need to copy and paste in which field you need it in ( later )

    Updating Homepage - Case Study Slider ( 3 case studies )

    1. Login ( follow instructions above )
    2. Go to Settings > General
    3. look for these 4 fields `homepage_slide1 image url` `homepage_slide1 title` `homepage_slide1 subtitle` `homepage_slide1 link url`
    4. the image url will update the main image, the title is the bold text, the subtitle is the text after the bold text and the link url is the url to the case study.
    5. for the Image URL, follow the instructions above on uploading assets, and copy the URL here.
    6. Repeat Steps 3 - 5 for Slide2 and Slide3

    Updating Homepage - What's New ( 4 items )

    1. Login ( follow instructions above )
    2. Very similar to above go to Settings > General
    3. look for these 4 fields `whatsnew1 image url`, `whatsnew1 title`, `whatsnew1 subtitle`, `whatsnew1 link url`
    4. the image URL is the small rectangle thumb image, the title is the first line under the image, the subtitle is the second line under the image and the link url is the url the user will go to when clicking the item.
    5. for the images ( follow the upload assets steps )
    6. go to your tumblr page and copy the full URL of the page you want to link to and add it to LINK URL
    7. repeat steps 3 - 6 for whatsnew2, whatsnew3, whatsnew4

    Updating a Case Study
    ---

    1. Login ( follow instructions above )
    2. go to Pages
    3. Click on the case study you want to update
    4. update the Title and URL ( you will need to paste the URL in the HOMEPAGE slider if you're changing it ( see steps above ))
    5. you don't need to enter anything in the large white space below the URL, go straight to `Slide 1 Title`
    6. `Slide 1 Title`,`Slide 1 Subtitle`,`Slide 1 Image Url` will update the slides on the top of the page, repeat for 2, 3 and 4
    7. `About Main Image URL` will be the main large still that lives in the about section.
    8. Either set a still image or insert HTML code for the video
    9. the `About Video HTML` code is slightly trickier, i would copy it from a working VIMEO case study and simply update 2 parts, the vimeo ID: `102642401` and the first frame URL which looks something like this: `http://hudson-gray.com/wp-content/themes/grey/images/case-study/cs1-about-img.jpg`
    10. `Objective Text` and `Strategy Text` are the 2 sections of text to the right of the about section
    11. Finally the Results img url is the transparent png that goes right at the bottom of the case study, the wide metric, follow Upload Asset instructions and copy the URL here
