Es gibt zwei mögliche Lösungen:
(WICHTIG: Versuch Fix#2 nur, wenn Fix#1 das Problem nicht löst!)
Fix#1 - Beende Steam (komplett herunterfahren)
- Geh zu deinen Steam Ordner
(Beispiel: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam")
- Suche und lösche den "userdata" Ordner
