Open finder and go to ~/Library/Preferences
Find com.microsoft.Edge.plist. If file doesn't exist, continue, otherwise go to step x
Create a new config file /usr/bin/defaults write ~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Edge.plist RestoreOnStartup -int 1
Convert it to plist: /usr/bin/plutil -convert xml1 ~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Edge.plist
Open ~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Edge.plist with xcode
Add rows below:

Download stream video

The correct way to concat multiple video files from m3u8 playlist is

ffmpeg -protocol_whitelist "file,http,https,tcp,tls" -i "index.m3u8" -codec copy output.mp4

the m3u8 playlist can be on web or locally in directory it contains list of file paths relative to the playlist

Download VM Image from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/
Dowload VirtualBox 6.0 from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Click install, the install will fail.
Go to System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> General -> "Some system software was blocked from loading" -> click "Allow"
Click install again, VirtualBox will install

sudo jamf removeMDMProfile removes all restrictions

sudo jamf manage brings back all restrictions and profiles

sudo jamf removeMDMProfile removes all restrictions
