Health, Environment, and Altruism License (HEAL)

Introduction:

The Health, Environment, and Altruism License (HEAL) is designed to allow the use, modification, and distribution of software under conditions that promote health, environmental sustainability, and human rights. It imposes strict usage restrictions to ensure these technologies benefit only these sectors.

Permissions and Restrictions:

  1. Permissions: The software can be used, copied, modified, merged, published, distributed, sublicensed, and/or sold, subject to the following conditions.

  2. Conditions:

    • Copyright Notice: All copies or substantial portions must include the copyright notice and this license notice.
    • Copyleft: Any derivative work or modification must be distributed under the same HEAL license.
    • Specific Sector Use: The software may only be used in the sectors of health, environment, and human rights. Any use outside of these sectors is strictly prohibited.

  3. Limitation of Liability:
