edit /etc/default/grub
replace GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT as GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="text amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff"
and update grub
sudo update-grub && sudo update-grub2
now you can control Radeon GPU settings on CoreCtrl like Wattman
