How to generate & post a Fiddler Trace to Stack Overflow for Azure AD & MSA
- Install Fiddler if necessary from http://www.telerik.com/fiddler
- Run Fiddler, and capture a web trace reproducing your problem. If possible, we recommend dragging the Any Process selector to your browser window, so that only traffic from that browser tab is captured.
- Intelligently prune the resulting Fiddler trace of any excess sessions. You should remove any requests/responses for static content, tunneling requests, requests for telemetry, and so on. The interesting sessions are those between to the URI/URL of your application (where the host is like
myapp.com), and the URLs of Azure AD & MSA. Specifically, you should keep any sessions with a host oflogin.windows.net,login.microsoftonline.com,login.live.com, or anything similar.
