This focuses on generating the certificates for loading local virtual hosts hosted on your computer, for development only.

Do not use self-signed certificates in production ! For online certificates, use Let's Encrypt instead (tutorial).

To set-up wal shipping in primary cluster:

1. In the file manifests/configmap.yaml, uncomment the line containing wal_s3_bucket and set it to the bucket name created in MinIO.
2. And then, add the following lines to the same file:
