How to install letsencrypt on nginx - without stopping nginx

For latest check: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-14-04

ssh into the server to install letsencrypt.
Install the requirements.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -y install git bc

Download letsencrypt

Download wallpaper images. This script is set to run daily with anacron in ubuntu. Wallch is used to watch a folder to choose wallpapers from.
