	• 除非是小圖表, 否則圖表應有標題與編號。引述時, 請徵引編號。例如, 「參考圖 7」, 而不是「參考上圖」。
	• 標點符號的目的是調整讀者閱讀的節奏, 逗點是短暫休息, 句點是較長的休息。如果一段文字有 6 行, 請不要從頭到尾只有一個句點。
	• 清楚標示文獻, 包括頁碼。參考文獻的目的是讓讀者可以按圖索驥。 • 少用形容詞與副詞。
	• 文章寫好交出之前, 請印出; 自己讀一遍。如果你讀不懂自己的文章, 別人也一定讀不懂。
