Configure git editor

Set which editor git should use.

This is the program that will open during a commit with no -m flag, a merge, a rebase, etc...

Select from any installed editor. Examples:

First thing you should do is read the Topcoder Tutorial on Dynamic Programming to get a basic understanding of DP.
After reading the tutorial, you should now follow the best way to become good at solving Dynamic Programming problems, which is solving as many Dynamic Programming problems as you can.
I created some lists of DP problems separated by difficulty. Solve all of these and you will become at least somewhat competent at solving DP problems.
