My greatest strength would be sincere and supportive. I know this because these personal traits are mentioned in each of the four qualities in the pairin survey. This is also a quality that has been mentioned to me by family and friends. I work best working hands on and as a visual learner. My greatest area of improvement would be to not get so worried and anxious. With my careeer, I would hope to maximize my strengths in the ability to work well with others and use skills to put together a software of their vision. I feel my strengths and working preferences will benefit me towards being a good listener and being respectful of my employer's wishes.

What is the value of a checklist?

  • The value of a checklist includes several things. It will help you stay organized. Reminds you to complete several tasks or lists. It will help you get stuff done in order and on time. And it also gives you satisfaction when you are able to check off when done.

What do you plan to improve upon while at Turing?

  • To improve computer skills and knowledge of coding. Also to learn many common shortcuts within the keyboard. I would like to learn the vocabulary words for coding. I would like to get to the point that I know what I'm doing and work independently without anyones help.
