Ubuntu 20.04 安装绿联 AC650/CM448 无线网卡

正确做法：

  1. 下载这个仓库 https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU；
  2. 安装 dkms；
  3. 执行 ./dkms-install.sh ，重启计算机。
  4. 参考教程：WIFI doesn't work (RTL8811/RTL8812)，《Ubuntu22.04(Linux Mint 21)安装使用绿联USB无线网卡CM448（rtl8821CU）的方法》，《ubuntu20.04安装无线网卡驱动》。
  5. 反思：其实再失败几次后看到了上面两个 CSDN 的教程，但是抱着偏见没有尝试就估计不行，最终还是耐着性子尝试了多次搜到外国论坛的帖子，安装成功以后才发现原来 CSDN 上面有相同的教程。
